Refund policy

Purchases are processed by our online reseller Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record for all our orders and issues all refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Checks for failed work are returned automatically

If the work fails, the checks it used are returned to your balance without you asking. If a result is wrong, tell us within 7 days and we return those checks.

Unused checks: refund within 14 days

Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund of the checks you have not used, for any reason. If you have not used any, you get the full price back. If you have used some, we refund the unused share of the price you paid. Email support@aokenlabs.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt Dodo Payments emailed you.

After 14 days

After 14 days, unused checks are not refundable, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund or where the service did not work as described. Unused checks do not expire.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. The Dodo Payments buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
